1. General Terms and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Game-Specific Rules

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Void Markets

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.5 Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Player and bd35com with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
